needed. I know the tools for presenting and communicating to an expert level
and really enjoy diving into new technologies.

I’m passionate about words. I love writing and communicating ideas clearly
and effectively. I’m a word lover and grammar geek with a keen eye for
editing. Designing and developing quality documentation is a forte – in a
variety of formats, from presentations and procedure manuals, to online
help, end user guides, and eLearning courses.

I like to help others learn new concepts, procedures, and products. I’m a
storyteller. I enjoy turning actions and ideas into words that inspire
