I bring strong project planning and facilitation experience to complex projects. My clients recognize my ability to help them determine their project goals, establish strong teams and drive projects forward on every shortening time lines. I enjoy taking the chaos out of projects and bringing manageability into them.

My clients appreciate my facilitation skills and ability to bring various stakeholders together to clearly define what the project is meant to achieve and put a plan together to make that happen. My ability to ensure communication with all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle has meant a higher degree of success than many clients thought possible at the outset.

I have worked in industries ranging from Graphic Arts to Telecom, Health Care, Utilities, Non Profit and Education. My clients are local, national and international, giving me the opportunity to work with people from varying backgrounds and nationalities.

I am a Senior Management Consultant and Trainer. I have been PMP certified since 2004 and have been leading technical and non-technical projects for more than 15 years. I hold a BBA from SFU and Adult Training Certificate from VCC.
I leverage many different project frameworks including PMI’s to bring success to the project environments that I work within.

My experience includes project lifecycle management, change management, facilitation, training and team leadership. My focus is on people – projects cannot be successful without them. As such, I draw from many different skills and experiences in order to create successful teams that deliver successful projects.
