Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in the IT consulting, strategic
management, and project management fields in a variety of roles including
strategic consultant, account manager, project manager and coach.
Stephanie’s expertise includes project management training, project
management maturity assessments, PMO design and set-up, project management coaching and custom project management methodology development. Stephanie has also led marketing strategy and planning efforts for large firms as well as start-ups.
Stephanie established her own consulting firm in 1995. Arbuckle Consulting
Group Inc is an experienced team dedicated to helping clients enact their
strategies in a dependable, creative way, usually by improving project
management practices and team effectiveness. Turning strategy into action
is where the team shines – be that via our services in coaching, personal
productivity and tools, or project management.
Stephanie has led project management improvement efforts for biotech
companies, engineering firms, web design and educational organizations. At
Cisco Systems in San Jose, California, for example, she designed and managed
a Project Management Office (PMO) that focused on improving productivity and
agility in the sales force operations area. By adopting and implementing
consistent methodologies and templates, Stephanie helped Cisco establish
better channels of communication that created a more effective flow of
information to the executives. In turn, this helped ensure all projects were
connected to Cisco’s broader strategy and vision, and performed on time and
within scope and budget.
Stephanie first degree is an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa (Marketing and IT). A lifelong learner, Stephanie
returned to school for a Master’s certificate in 2000 (Science, Technology &

out regular professional development in areas such as project management (a
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in 2004), personal
productivity (David Allen’s Getting Things Done workshops), authentic
leadership (The Alia Institute), and coaching (CTI, ORSC). She recently
completed her training with the Center for Right Relationship’s
ground-breaking Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) program.
